18th Century TOBACCO LEAF' SAUCEBOAT Qianlong period, circa 1760-1780

Painted in rich enamels to the interior with brightly-colored serrated leaves in underglaze-blue, lime green, iron-red and pink with gilt highlights, and interspersed with hibiscus and pinwheel octa-foil composite flowerheads, the exterior similarly painted and with a pouring spout at one end and a simple loop handle at the other.

Condition: Good, fritting to handle.  Small hairline. See all pics.
